Condition Reports-sculpture

A condition report is a record which describes the physical condition of an item at the time of examination. It consists of five sections, and accompanies the work during its every move from exhibition or storage areas. It includes photos which reflect the written observations, and if the work is on loan it is countersigned during delivery-receipt and before-after exhibition. The report can be completed in Greek or English, depending on the location of the work, and it follows international terminology.
